Ravoor Industries

Ravoor Industries is located at No. 459/2 - B in the Siruvakkam area, near the Jothi Nagar Post. This part of Ponneri Taluk in the Thiruvallur District is where we have our main setup. Running an industrial unit out here means you have to be ready for anything to break down. We handle various manufacturing tasks depending on the specific orders we get from our customers. The workshop gets quite loud during the middle of the day when all the machines are running at the same time. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the machines better than I do most of the time. The road leading up to the plant can get very dusty in the summer months. We spend a lot of our time just maintaining the equipment because getting spare parts quickly can be hard in this district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, so we have to be pretty self-sufficient with our tools. We keep our supplies stocked and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out by the next morning. There’s a small office space for the billing and the payroll, but most of the action happens on the factory floor. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If someone shows up, they usually find us near the back working.
