Agronet Private

Agronet Private is a bit of a different setup since we don't really stay in one fixed spot all the time. Our paperwork says the address is null, which might seem strange, but for us, it just means we are usually out where the work is. Dealing with agricultural networks means you spend more time looking at fields or talking to people in different spots than sitting behind a desk in a fancy office building. We deal with the practical side of farming and how to get things connected. It is a lot of phone calls, traveling to various sites, and trying to figure out how to make things run a bit smoother for the folks on the ground. Since we don't have a big sign on a main road, we rely more on just knowing people and doing what we said we would do. The team is spread out, and we communicate mostly through quick messages and calls while someone is on the road. It can be a bit chaotic not having a central hub to meet at every morning, but we’ve made it work for a while now. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just try to help out with the agricultural side of things however we can. It’s a lot of dirty boots and long drives, but it feels more real than sitting in a cubicle all day. We just keep moving and doing what needs to be done.
