Ponengineers Pvt Ltd is located at No.81 in the Kalyani Industrial Estate. You have to take Vanagaram Road to get to us here in Athipet. It is a typical industrial setup. We have the usual sounds of hammers and drills going all day long. It isn't a place for someone who wants a quiet desk job. We are right in the middle of all the other small units, so there is a lot of back-and-forth between neighbors. We have been operating out of this spot for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Our team is small, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don’t have long meetings to talk about feelings or goals. We just look at the drawings, check the materials, and start the machines. It is very practical work. The air is often thick with the smell of metal and cutting oil, which is just part of the job. Athipet is a hard-working area, and we fit right in. We don’t spend money on fancy signage or polished websites. Most of our energy goes into making sure the products are right before they leave the estate.
