Our place, Pondicherry Flour Mills Pvt Ltd, is located at No:80 on Greams Road. Some of the older maps might still show it as No:14, but it’s the same spot. Greams Road is a very well-known street, so it’s busy from morning until late at night. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the buildings around us change while we stay pretty much the same. The mill area is where most of the activity happens. It’s a bit loud and dusty at times, but that’s the nature of the business. We have our office space tucked into one side of the building. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a room with desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come by and making sure our records are straight. The traffic on Greams Road can be a headache sometimes, especially when we are trying to get things delivered or picked up. But we are used to it by now. The staff here is like a small family, and we’ve all been through plenty of busy seasons together. We don't go in for big marketing or trying to sound impressive. We just run the mill and keep things going at No:80 as we always have.
