We are over here at Anna Nagar Plaza, right on the first floor in unit 32. It’s a busy spot in Anna Nagar West and we've been here for a bit now. Most days it is just us handling the day-to-day stuff with the food products. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and make sure things are moving. We started Biotrck Food Pvt Ltd because we saw how hard it was to find decent stuff that wasn't full of junk. It’s mostly about tracking where the food comes from and making sure it stays good until it gets to you. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. Being in this part of Chennai is nice because everything is close by, though parking at the plaza can be a real headache some mornings. We don’t have a huge team, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on batches in the warehouse. It is honest work and we try to do right by the people who buy from us. If you’re ever around Anna Nagar West, you might see us coming and going. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the food and keeping the quality where it needs to be. It's just a regular local business trying to make a living.
