Bon Appetite

Our place is located at No 40 Prince Palace on Abdullah Street in Choolaimedu. It is not a very big space but it works for what we do every day. Most of the time, the kitchen is full of steam and the sound of knives hitting cutting boards. We have been in this neighborhood for a while now and we know most of the people who walk past our door. Cooking for others is just what we do to make a living, and we try to do it right every single time. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures because the food should really speak for itself. If someone likes the meal, they tell their friends, and that is how we keep going. The street outside can get pretty crowded with bikes and people, especially in the evenings, but inside we are focused on the pots. We use recipes that have been around for a long time. Nothing too complicated, just stuff that tastes like a proper meal. It gets a bit chaotic when we have three different orders going out at once, but we manage to stay organized somehow. We are just regular people working hard in Choolaimedu to provide something decent for the families around here. It is not always easy but it is what we know how to do best for our customers.
