Pioneer Leder Tex Pvt Ltd (Formerly Known As Pioneer International)

We are over at 38/23-1 Mukathal Street. It’s in Pursawalkam, which is a lively area. We used to be called Pioneer International, but then we changed it to Pioneer Leder Tex Pvt Ltd. It was a whole thing with the paperwork. We deal with leather and textiles mostly. The office is full of samples. Swatches of fabric and pieces of leather are lying around on the tables. It has a specific smell, like a workshop mixed with an office. The building isn't very new. Mukathal Street is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We usually walk or take a rickshaw. Inside, the ceiling fans hum all day long. We have a couple of old cupboards where we keep the old records. Everything is a bit cluttered, but we know where things are. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if it’s a private limited company. We don't use fancy titles much. Everyone just does what needs to be done. The windows look out onto the street, and we see the same vendors every day. It’s a steady kind of life. We focus on the materials and the orders. Some days are slow, and some days we’re running around like crazy. That’s just the way the textile business goes in this part of town. We have some old wooden stools for visitors, but they’re mostly covered in files. The lighting is a bit dim.
