Fazia Leather Exports

Fazia Leather Exports has been operating out of Perinna Maistry St for quite a long time now. People around here still refer to the place by the old number 31 sometimes. It is a very busy part of Periamet, and you can always hear the carts and trucks moving outside. Leather is what we know best. We spend our days checking through different hides and sorting out the batches. Some days are slow and quiet, but other times we can barely see the floor because there are so many skins stacked up. It gets a bit dusty in the office. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years. We just get on with the work. There isn't much room for fancy furniture or polished showrooms here. It is just desks, some old wooden chairs, and piles of stock. The tea stall on the corner is where we usually spend our breaks talking about the day. Sometimes the humidity makes the leather harder to handle, but we manage. It is just how the business goes in this part of town. You get used to the smell of the shop and it stays on your clothes. We keep our records in big ledgers for the most part. Computers are around, but the paper files feel more real to us. It is a lot of physical work, moving heavy bundles. Periamet has changed over the years, but our little corner stays mostly the same. We just keep moving.
