You can find us at Old No. 9, which is now New No. 4, on Shaik Ali Subidar Street in Periamet. The street names and numbers around here can be a bit confusing if you aren't from the area, but we have been in this specific spot for so long that we don't even think about it anymore. Elite Leathers is right in the heart of the leather district, so the whole neighborhood has that specific smell of tanned hides and treatment chemicals. Our building is an older style, typical of Periamet, with thick walls and narrow stairs that we have walked up and down thousands of times. We deal with leather every single day, so our hands are usually a bit stained or rough from the work. It is not a clean, white-collar type of office. There are scraps of leather on the floor and heavy tools on the benches. We have a small group of workers who really understand how to cut and handle the skins without wasting material. It is a bit of a craft that you only learn by doing it for years. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by carts or delivery vans, which makes things a bit chaotic, but that is just life in this part of town. We are just a local leather business trying to get the orders done right and keeping things moving along as best as we can without making any big fuss.
