Bravo Leathers

Bravo Leathers is located at No. 10 Stringers Road, up on the second floor in Periamet. If you know this area, you know it’s the heart of the leather trade. The smell of leather is everywhere around here. Our space is filled with hides and different tools. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s a workshop. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the skins. Leather can be tricky, as every piece is a bit different. We’ve been on the second floor for a while now. The elevator doesn't always work perfectly, so we use the stairs a lot. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't use fancy software to track things, mostly just notebooks and pens. It works for us. We know our regulars and they know where to find us. Sometimes the street gets blocked by trucks unloading, but that’s just life in Periamet. We don't have a big mission statement. We just get up, come to the shop, and work with leather until it’s time to close up. It gets hot in the summer, but the ceiling fans help a bit. We don't do much online stuff. We’re usually too busy with our hands to be on a phone. It’s a simple life, and we like the smell of the shop. It feels like home after all these years of working here.
