Sree Veera Leathers

You can find Sree Veera Leathers at No. 8 B/ 1 Ekamparam Street. We are part of the Sabari Flats in Krishna Nagar, Pammal. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets downtown. We run our leather business out of this space on the ground floor. It’s not a big factory with hundreds of people. We have a few rooms where we keep the hides and do the basic work. The smell of leather is pretty strong when you first walk in, but you get used to it. My neighbors are used to us being here by now. We don’t have a big neon sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they have the right flat. It’s a very hands-on job. I spend most of my time checking the quality of the skins we get from the suppliers. Some days are just spent cutting and prepping for orders. We don't have a team of salespeople. If you call, you're likely going to talk to me or one of my family members. Pammal is a nice area, though the streets are a bit narrow for big trucks. We’ve been here at Sabari Flats for quite a while now. It works for us because we don't need a huge storefront to do what we do. We just need enough room to work properly.
