Euro Leder Fashion Limited is situated right on GST Road in Pallavaram at No. 99. If you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the strong smell of leather. We spend our days surrounded by different hides, rolls of fabric, and sewing machines. It is a busy place because GST Road is always full of traffic, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the stitching. We aren't a high-end fashion house with bright lights and runways. This is a working factory where we cut the leather and put together various fashion items. We’ve been here in Pallavaram for many years, and most of our staff have been with us for a long time too. They know how to handle the material and spot any flaws in the grain. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website that we update all the time. Our focus is just on the production line. Sometimes we have hundreds of jackets or bags to finish, and the whole place gets very crowded. We don't use much corporate talk here; we just say what needs to be done and we do it. The work is repetitive but it requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't waste any of the material. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's work and prepare for whatever order comes in next.
