Swetha Engineers

We are located over at Plot No. 36 on Kamarajar Salai in Srinivasa Nagar, Padi. If you know the area, it is pretty busy most mornings with all the traffic coming through. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Swetha Engineers has been in this spot for a good while now. Most days it is just us handling the machines and trying to keep the noise down for the neighbors, though that isn't always easy when things get busy. The workshop floor stays pretty cluttered with parts and tools, but we know where everything is usually. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist sitting there, so usually, one of us just wipes our hands and comes to the door if someone stops by. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here, especially when the machines have been running since eight. We mostly just focus on the jobs we have on the table and try to get them finished before the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late if a part isn't sitting right or if a drawing needs more looking at. It is a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over. Padi is a good place for this kind of thing because everyone around here is doing something similar with their hands. We just keep our heads down and work.
