Our office is at No.88/2, on 1st Street in the AB-Block of Anna Nagar. If you walk past our door, you might catch a whiff of something sweet or fruity depending on what we are working on that day. We work with food flavors, which is a pretty interesting way to make a living. We spend a lot of time testing different combinations and seeing what tastes right. The lab isn't huge, but it's where all the real work happens. Anna Nagar is a nice part of the city, and we like being in this neighborhood. There are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby, which is good because talking about food flavors all day makes you hungry. We aren't a massive factory; we’re more of a small, specialized team. We’ve got some regular clients who have been with us for years. We don't do much advertising at all. We just rely on the quality of what we put out. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out quite right, and we have to start over from scratch. It can be frustrating, but that's just part of the process. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the little glass bottles and jars, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when we’re debating whether a flavor needs more vanilla or more citrus. We just try to keep things simple and do our jobs well.
