T A S Rathnam Exports is located at New No. 7 Cathedral Garden Lane in Nungambakkam. If you know the area, you know Nungambakkam is usually packed with people and traffic, but our lane is a little bit tucked away from the main noise. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Our work revolves around exports, which means there is a lot of paperwork and checking on shipments. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we can keep our things organized and get the work finished. We are a small team and we don't really have big titles or anything like that. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by a delivery van, and we have to go out and help them move so others can pass. It's just one of those things you deal with in this part of town. The address used to be different, but now it's New No. 7, which sometimes confuses the newer delivery boys. We spend most of our mornings sorting out the schedules for the week. It’s a lot of practical work and staying on top of the details. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve reached the right place. It’s a quiet but busy life here at the office. We like it this way.
