Our office is right here on Landons Road in Kilpauk. It’s a bit of a mix of old and new buildings around here, much like our address which shifted from 44/4 to 54. We’ve been part of the Chennai building scene for some time now. Being in Kilpauk is nice because it’s central, but the roads can get pretty narrow and crowded during rush hour. Nsss Constructors And Builders Private Limited is mostly just a team of people who like putting things together. We spend our mornings checking on construction schedules and our afternoons dealing with suppliers for cement and steel. It gets pretty loud in the office when the fans are going full blast and everyone is talking at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just handle the construction side of things. Sometimes things go slow with the rain or when a truck is late, but that’s just how building goes in this part of the world. We know the 600010 area like the back of our hands. We often walk down the street to grab lunch when we aren't too busy with site visits. The work is steady and keeps us on our feet all day long. We deal with all sorts of local builds and repairs. It's a lot of coordination between the architects and the guys on the ground. We just try to keep everything moving along without too much fuss or extra stress.
