Anandhi Homes

Anandhi Homes is located over at No. 1-B, Sowbaghya Avenue in Kotturpuram. It’s a nice enough area, fairly green compared to some of the busier parts of the city. Our office isn’t huge, but it serves us well for meeting people who are interested in finding a place to live. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more people move in. Mostly, we spend our time checking on properties and making sure the details are right before we show them to anyone. Kotturpuram has its own rhythm, and we try to keep pace with it. You’ll find us mostly stuck behind our desks or out on a site visit nearby. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the local streets and the buildings on them. The office usually has a few local newspapers lying around and a pot of coffee going. People often drop in without an appointment, which is fine by us. We prefer the face-to-face way of doing things rather than just sending emails back and forth. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the traffic on the avenue gets a bit backed up, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. There’s a small patch of garden out front that we try to keep neat, though the weeds usually win in the end. We have a couple of old chairs in the lobby area that are actually quite comfortable if you have to wait for a bit.
