We are located over in Soundarya Colony, specifically at W Block 755 on 4th Avenue. This is in the Annanagar West Extension part of town. It is a nice, settled neighborhood and we have been here for a good number of years. Our office isn't one of those glass buildings you see downtown. It is a simple place where we can sit down and go over property details without a lot of noise. Being on 4th Avenue makes it easy for the locals to drop in and see what is happening with the houses and flats in the area. We do a lot of our work just by talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. The extension area has grown quite a bit recently, so there is always some news to share. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just enjoy helping people figure out their living situations. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little confusing, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things to make sure it is all correct. It is just a regular local business run by people who live nearby. We know the streets of Annanagar West pretty well and we are happy to share what we know with anyone who stops by. It is just about being practical and getting the job done for the folks here.
