Our office is at No. 4 A1/7 on 22nd Cross Street in Besant Nagar. Adastra Trades & Services Pvt. Ltd. is based in a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood. Since we are in Besant Nagar, the air feels a little different than it does in the middle of the city, maybe because the beach is not too far away. The office is on a residential street, so there is not too much noise from traffic, just the occasional car or someone selling vegetables from a cart. The building we are in is just a regular house that has been converted into a workspace. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of fresh air. Inside, it is pretty cramped with all our equipment and boxes. We have four desks squeezed into the main room, so we are all pretty close to each other. It makes it easy to talk about work without having to get up. We do not have a dress code or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but we have enough space for a coffee machine and a small fridge. It is a very relaxed place to work. We are not trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or expensive furniture. We just focus on our tasks and try to finish everything before it is time to head home. It is a decent little spot on 22nd Cross Street.
