We are located in Bhattad Towers on West Cott Road in Royapettah. Being at number 18 means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of Chennai. Our office handles the infrastructure side of things for Arun Excello. It’s a lot of technical work and managing different sites from a distance. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just computers, maps, and a lot of project files. Royapettah is a lively area, and the noise from West Cott Road usually makes its way up to us. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city around us. People who work here are mostly focused on the engineering and planning aspects. It’s a serious environment but we have our lighter moments too during lunch breaks. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table trying to figure out how to make a project work better. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of moving parts, so the office can feel a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once. But we manage. It’s a solid place to work, and being in Bhattad Towers makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop off documents or have a meeting.
