We are based at 1167 TVS Colony over in Annanagar West Extn. Ambika Projects (india) Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a decent amount of time now. The office is usually a bit crowded with maps and site plans spread out over the tables. We handle a variety of project work, mostly just focusing on the technical side of putting things together. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites to make sure everything is moving along. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties; we're mostly in rugged clothes ready to head out to a site. Annanagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening around us. We spend a lot of time calculating costs and looking at material lists. Sometimes things go exactly as planned, but often we have to adjust because a delivery is late or the site conditions changed. We don't bother with big advertisements. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at a site. We just show up, do the work, and move on to the next one. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even end up working Sundays if a deadline is tight. It’s just how the industry is. We like staying local and seeing the buildings actually get finished. It is a simple way of working.
