Ramgan Exports & Imports

Our place, Ramgan Exports & Imports, is at No. 12 3rd Cross Street in Railnagar. Being in Maraimalai Nagar means we see a lot of industrial activity around us. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but it’s not too bad. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a printer that jams every once in a while. Most of the day is spent tracking where things are going or where they're coming from. Since we handle both exports and imports, there is always something different happening. One day it’s textiles, the next it might be something else entirely. We keep a small logbook on the front desk to keep track of everyone who comes in. It’s usually just the delivery drivers or the postman. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. My uncle started this a few years back, and I took over the daily stuff. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the work we do. There’s a tea stall at the corner where we usually go for breaks. It’s a good spot to catch up on local news. Back at the office, the walls are covered in calendars and maps. It helps us visualize where the shipments are headed. We try to keep things simple and honest here.
