We do a lot of work with glass and cladding for buildings. It is technical work, but we try to keep the business side of things very down-to-earth. We are not a huge conglomerate with hundreds of offices. We are just here in Anna Nagar, working on our current projects. The street is usually busy, and there is always something going on nearby. We spend our time looking at blueprints and talking to site managers about how to get the exterior of a building looking right. The name Neplus Ultra might sound a bit fancy, but we are quite practical people. We deal with aluminum, glass, and all those materials that make modern buildings look the way they do. Our office is a place for meetings and sorting out the logistics of getting materials to different sites across Tamil Nadu. We do not have a glossy brochure or a team of sales people. Usually, it is just us answering the phone and trying to stay on top of the schedule. It gets hot in Chennai, so we appreciate being in an office with a decent fan while we work. We have been at this for a while and just focus on one job at a time.
