Narayana E-Techno School

Our school is located at No:7/2 on Conran Smith Road in the Gopalapuram area of Chennai. If you know the city, you know it gets very crowded around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. The building is right there in the middle of it all. We have been running things here for a while, and the staff is used to the pace. Every day starts with the same routine of opening up the rooms and making sure the benches are straight. It’s not always perfectly quiet because of the traffic outside, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly about the books and the whiteboards. We have teachers who have been with us for years and some newer ones too. The heat in Chennai can be tough, so the fans are always running at full speed in the classrooms. Students bring their lunch boxes and sit together during the break, and you can hear them laughing from the hallway. We don't have a massive playground, but we use the space we have as well as possible. It is a practical sort of place. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and making sure the schedule is followed. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the road construction nearby, but we just sweep it up and keep going. It’s a normal school day for us, from the first bell to the last one when the kids head home.
