If you’re ever walking down West Jones Road in Saidapet, you’ll find Msn Impex Pvt. Ltd. at No. 51. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good number of years. It’s a solid old place that has seen a lot of activity. We do the import and export thing, mostly focusing on getting goods to where they need to go. There is no big marketing team here, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. The neighborhood is lively, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we just keep working through it. Our daily tasks involve a lot of phone calls, checking manifests, and making sure the guys loading the trucks have everything they need. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing, and the computer is a bit slow, but we manage just fine. We don't feel the need to sound like a big corporate entity because we aren't one.
