M/s Bluebrown

You can find us at New 13, which used to be Old No 8, on 9th Crooss Street. It is a bit confusing with the old and new numbering, but the locals can point you our way. We have been operating M/s Bluebrown from this street for a long time. The street is narrow, so parking a big truck is always a bit of a headache. We usually have to time it right. Inside, it is mostly rolls of fabric and a few heavy-duty sewing tables. We are not a corporate office with suits. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. We focus on getting the details right on the garments. If a button is loose, we notice it. We do not use a lot of fancy technology. It is mostly just experienced people using their hands and eyes. We take pride in the fact that we have stayed in the same spot for so many years while other things have changed. Sometimes the rain floods the end of the street, but we just keep working inside. It is a simple setup. We talk to our suppliers every couple of days. They know what we like. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to finish by Friday. It is a basic, honest way to run a shop. We just keep going.
