Mohanmutha Exports Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 109 Vellala Street in the Purusawalkam area. We are what they call a government recognized export house, which really just means we have to follow a lot of official rules for shipping goods out to other places. The office is in an older part of the city, so the streets around here can be a bit tight and hard to navigate sometimes. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone or checking through piles of paperwork on our desks. It is not exactly a glamorous job, but it is the work we do every day. Purusawalkam is a busy area with a lot of people and history. Being on Vellala Street means we are close to many other local businesses and shops. We have a small team working here. Most of us have been together for many years now. We do not have a big corporate lobby or any fancy coffee machines in the corner. It is just desks, old computers, and many filing cabinets. We manage various exports and try to make sure everything gets to where it is supposed to go on time. It takes a lot of talking to different people to coordinate it all. Sometimes shipments get delayed for no reason and we have to spend the whole day fixing the problem. That is just how this business works.
