Concrete Exports & Imports

Mogappair has changed a lot, especially the Eri Scheme area. We are located at Hig- 985- B on the 11th Cross Street in the Mogappair Eri Scheme. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you’re in Mogappair, it’s not too hard to find. Concrete Exports & Imports is what we do. We handle the movement of materials, which involves a lot of coordinating with trucks and shipping lines. The 11th Cross Street is a mix of houses and some businesses like ours. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of paperwork to process or when people come by to discuss shipments. We aren't a factory; we are the ones who make sure the concrete-related materials get across borders. Dealing with exports and imports means we are often on the phone at odd hours because of the time differences. Mogappair is a good home base for us. It’s well-connected and we’ve been in this spot long enough to know the local rhythms. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It's just an office where the work gets done. Most of our clients are other businesses, so we don't get many walk-ins. We just focus on the manifests and the logistics. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to see where all these materials end up. Being in the Eri Scheme for so long, we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us.
