We are located at number 4569 in the Sipcot Industrial Park, over in Vengadu Village. It’s part of the Pillaipakkam area in Sriperambudur. Being in such a large industrial zone means we are surrounded by big factories and a lot of heavy machinery. Mhitraa Engineering Equipment is where we spend our days dealing with various types of gear and tools. The building is a big, functional space with high ceilings and plenty of room for the equipment we handle. It’s usually pretty loud with the sound of machines running or trucks loading up outside. We have a small office tucked into the corner, but most of us are out on the floor for the majority of the day. The commute out to Sriperambudur can be a bit long for some of the guys, but we’ve got a good routine going. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just show people the equipment and how it works. It’s straightforward engineering stuff. The weather out here gets incredibly hot, so the afternoons can be a bit of a struggle, but we keep the water cold and keep moving. We’ve been part of this industrial park for a few years and have seen it grow quite a bit. It’s a busy place to be, and there’s always something that needs fixing or moving. We just stay focused on the equipment and getting the orders out to where they belong.
