Our place, Madhu Leather Agency, is tucked away in Ambattur on Munuswamy Koil Street. The exact address is number 44/12 in Menambedu. It is a quiet enough street compared to some of the main roads around here, but we still get our fair share of noise from the nearby areas. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of a local crowd walking around, which is nice. We have been here at this address for a good stretch of time now. The building is just a normal structure, nothing that really stands out from the rest of the street. Inside, the place smells like leather mostly. We have our stock piled up and we spend most of the day sorting through all of it. It is a lot of manual work. We are not a big corporation with fancy desks and carpeted floors. It is just us, some old chairs, and a lot of leather. People come by when they need something specific for their own small projects or shops. We try to stay organized, though it can get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives at the door. Ambattur is a big mix of industrial and residential spots, so we see all sorts of people. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The street name is easy to remember because of the Koil. We do not do much fancy talk, just run the agency as best as we can. It is a simple life at the shop.
