Mecton Organic Farms Private Limited

We’ve been running Mecton Organic Farms for a while now from our spot on Ring Road in Madhavaram. It is just a regular office in the housing sector but we keep busy every day. Most of the time we are talking to people about where their food comes from. It started because we wanted something better than what was in the shops. It isn't always easy dealing with farms and weather. Some days the dirt gets everywhere. We just try to get the organic stuff moved from the fields to the families who need it. People around Madhavaram know where to find us if they have questions. The traffic on Ring Road can be a mess in the mornings but we are usually here early anyway. We don't have fancy desks or anything. Just a lot of crates and paperwork about soil and seeds. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight or anything like that. We just want to make sure the vegetables and grains we handle are actually what they say they are. It’s hard work and our boots are usually muddy. That is just how it goes when you work with the land. We like it this way. It feels real and honest even when it gets stressful.
