M.B.M. Engineering Co.

You can find M.B.M. Engineering Co. on the 1St Floor of No. 50 Armenian Street. It’s an old building in a part of town that has a lot of history. The stairs are a bit narrow and creaky. We’ve been in this office for a long time. It’s filled with old drawings, measuring tools, and a lot of paper. Engineering requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend hours bent over the desks. It isn't a modern office with sleek furniture. We use what we have and it works fine for us. There is always the sound of traffic from Armenian Street drifting up through the windows. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We mostly deal with local projects and people we’ve known for years. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, one of us picks up the phone if it rings. Sometimes we’re out at a site and the place is empty for an hour or two. We just focus on the drawings and the calculations. It’s steady work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We appreciate being in this part of the city. It feels like home to us after all these years. We just keep doing the engineering work we know how to do.
