Matsyagar Innovative Private Limited

You can find Matsyagar Innovative on the fourth floor of Lakshmi Bhavan. It’s at 609 Anna Salai, right in the Thousand Lights area of Chennai. It is an old building and the stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them. We work on new ideas for the industry. It’s not a big corporate office with hundreds of people. There are only a few of us here. We spend our time at our desks, talking to people on the phone and trying to figure out better ways to do things. The noise from Anna Salai never really stops, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something happening outside. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget. We just do our work and let people find us when they need what we offer. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is. We don't use the kind of language you hear in business school. We just speak plainly about what we can do. Some days are long and the heat in the city can be tough, but we like being in the center of things. It’s a modest setup and we are just trying to make a living by being useful to our clients. That is all there is to it.
