M. M. Leathers

You can find us at M. M. Leathers over on Street 11 in KK Nagar. We are at number 108069, right in the middle of the 11th Sector. It is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a real headache some days when the big delivery trucks come through the narrow streets. We have been here a while now, just handling leather and dealing with the daily grind of the business. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. We spend most of our time surrounded by stacks of leather and the heavy tools we use to sort through it all. It gets pretty dusty in the shop, and the smell of the leather is everywhere, but after a few years, you just stop noticing it. My brother and I run things mostly, and we have a few guys who help us out when things get busy during the peak season. We do not really have a big plan for the future, we just take the orders as they come in and try to stay on top of the pile. It is a lot of physical work, moving the heavy skins around and making sure everything looks right before it goes out. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly. It is just a normal way to make a living, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. People know where we are.
