West Mambalam is full of narrow streets and old houses, and our office is tucked away at number 49/20 on 1st Street in Annamalai Nagar. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, but we keep busy inside with all the project work. Mandv Project Services is really just a small team of us working at our desks. We don't have a big storefront with lights. Usually, you just see our nameplate by the door. The fan runs all day to keep the Chennai heat at bay. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at plans and documents. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket right outside the window, and you can hear the ball hitting the ground. It’s a very local vibe here. We get our coffee from the little stall at the end of the street. Most of our work comes from people who know us through someone else. We don't go around handing out flyers or anything like that. We just focus on the services we provide and try to get the projects finished without too many delays. Dealing with paperwork and coordination takes up most of our hours. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s a small office in a crowded part of the city, but it’s where we do our daily work and manage things for our clients.
