Our office for Green Channel Cargo Care Pvt. Ltd. is located at 81 Coral Merchant Street, specifically on the second floor of what is now New No. 157. This area is quite old and the buildings are tucked close together. When you come up the stairs, it feels like a typical logistics setup with files everywhere. We spend most of our time dealing with cargo movement and making sure everything is tracked properly. It gets a bit hectic when multiple shipments are arriving at once. We do not use any fancy software that does everything automatically; it is a lot of manual checking and phone calls to drivers. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to rely on our old ledgers for a bit. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars. The fans hum all day to keep the heat away. Working in cargo means you are always waiting on someone else, like a ship or a truck. We just try to stay on top of the details so our clients don't have to worry too much. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve been in this building for some time and know the neighbors well.
