Green Channel

You can find us on the third floor of Alsa Mall, specifically at 14, 9 T9. Being on Montieth Road in Egmore puts us right in a well-known part of Chennai. Green Channel has been operating from this mall for a bit. It’s a different vibe being inside a mall compared to a street-side shop. You get the air conditioning, which is a relief in the Chennai heat, but you miss out on seeing the street life directly. We spend our days mostly handling paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The mall has its own rhythm, with crowds picking up in the evenings and on weekends. During the mornings, it’s actually quite peaceful up here on the third floor. We’ve set up our space to be functional. There’s nothing too flashy about it. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and the usual office supplies. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people working together. We often go down to the lower floors to get tea or a quick snack. Montieth Road is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside if we look out the windows. We like being in Egmore because it’s central and easy for people to reach. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a good job every day and keep the routine going without making things too complicated.
