Wintech Agro Herbals

Our small business, Wintech Agro Herbals, is located at No. 2 Roja Nagar in Madhavaram. It is a quiet spot, which is nice because we deal with a lot of natural products and plants. We aren't a big factory or anything impressive to look at from the street. It’s mostly just a warehouse space and a small area where we do our admin work. Most mornings start with checking the new shipments that come in. We spend a lot of time looking at the quality of the herbs and making sure everything is what it should be. The air inside usually smells like dried leaves and earth, which we’ve all gotten used to over the years. We started this because we liked working with agro products and saw a way to make it a career. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our customers happy. Madhavaram has a lot of traffic sometimes, but Roja Nagar stays relatively calm. We have a few old desks and some sturdy shelves for our inventory. It’s a hands-on job, so we usually have dirt under our fingernails or dust on our clothes by the time we head home. We don't use fancy software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and the knowledge we've picked up along the way. It’s a straightforward life here at No. 2, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
