Madhava Aluminium Company has its home at No:215 on Sydenhams Road in Choolai. This part of Chennai is always moving, and Sydenhams Road is particularly known for its shops and trade. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen the street grow more and more crowded every year. Our shop is full of aluminium bits, frames, and channels. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes, but we manage to find what we need. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just open up early, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer to come in. Most of the people we deal with are local contractors or small business owners who need materials for their own jobs. We like the rough-and-tumble feel of Choolai. It’s a place where work gets done and people don’t waste much time on small talk. The noise of the traffic and the clinking of metal is just the background music to our day. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about aluminium and not much else. We keep our records in simple books and try to stay organized as best as we can. It’s a humble spot, and we are quite happy with that. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay busy on Sydenhams Road.
