Madha Medical College

People usually find us out here in Thandalam, right near Kovur. It’s a busy spot in Chennai, especially in the mornings when the buses and ambulances are moving around. Our college is where students spend most of their time, either in the classrooms or over at the hospital wards. It’s not fancy, just a lot of white coats and books everywhere you look. The doctors who teach here are usually running between seeing patients and talking to the kids about anatomy or medicine. We have these labs that get pretty crowded during the day, and you can always hear the hum of the air conditioners or people talking in the hallways. It’s a long road to becoming a doctor, so the students here are always looking a bit tired but they keep at it. The local tea stalls outside are where everyone goes for a break. We’ve got the usual stuff you’d expect from a medical school, like the library and the dissection halls, but mostly it's just a place where people learn how to take care of others. The weather in Chennai doesn't help much, it gets really hot in the afternoons, but the building stays relatively cool. If you walk through the gates, you'll see a mix of locals and students from further away, all trying to figure out their schedules. It’s just how things go here every day, nothing too complicated about it.
