We are located at No 3 on Peters Road in Royapettah. It is a busy area, especially being so close to the Mirsahibpet Market. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Everest Medicals. M Three Building Materials Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a place where we keep all the stuff people need for construction. We have bags of cement, piles of sand, and various other things stacked up. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers who walk in. Most days are pretty much the same. We start early when the trucks arrive and spend the day moving materials around. It can get quite dusty and noisy with all the traffic on Peters Road, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We know most of the people around here, from the shop owners to the regulars at the market. There is no fancy showroom here. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them the price. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the narrow streets and the crowds, but we try to manage. It is a straightforward business. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. Just the name on the front and the materials out back. That is how things have been since we set up shop here in Royapettah. It keeps us busy enough.
