M. K. M. Impex

At No. 240 Appartment Street, we run M. K. M. Impex. It’s a bit of an unusual name for a street, but it’s where we’ve set up our shop. The area is mostly residential, so we try to keep things quiet. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out without using the stairs. We deal with various items, importing and exporting based on what people need. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us. We handle the invoices, the packing, and the shipping ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat if they see us working with the door open. We don't have a reception desk, so if you walk in, you’re likely to just see one of us at a computer. The space is filled with stacks of papers and some samples of what we move. It gets a bit messy during the busy season, but we know where everything is. We don’t use any fancy business talk. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. It’s straightforward. We’ve been lucky to stay in this location for so long. It’s a good spot for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
