Logan'S Architecture

Our place is at 18/E, Anna Avenue, over in Adyar. It’s a nice little spot, tucked away from the main road noise. Logan started this firm because he wanted to work on local projects in Chennai, and we’ve stuck with that ever since. Adyar is a great neighborhood with a lot of history, and we try to respect that in the work we do. The office is basically just a big room filled with desks and a lot of rolls of paper. We aren't big on decorations; we'd rather have more space for our drawings. We mostly do residential architecture, helping families figure out how to build or fix up their homes. It involves a lot of listening and a lot of drawing and erasing. We have a few people on the team who have been here since the beginning. We’ve seen the city grow and change, and the types of houses people want have changed too. We spend our days dealing with site visits, talking to contractors, and trying to make sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, and we have to go out and fix it on the spot. That’s just how this business goes. We like the hands-on nature of it. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day. We are usually around if anyone wants to talk about a new project.
