Link Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located at B-15 in the Mogappair Industrial Estate. Being in Mogappair West means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity going on nearby. Our space isn't huge, but B-15 gives us enough room to handle the engineering tasks that come our way. The industrial estate has been here for years, and we have kind of grown into the space over time. You might find some grease on the floor or a few stray tools lying around, but that is just the reality of a working shop. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big lobby; usually, you just walk in and find someone in overalls working on a machine. It’s a bit loud sometimes with the sounds of the estate, but we are used to it. We just focus on the job at hand and try to keep things moving. Mogappair is a good spot for us because it is easy to get parts and supplies when we run low. We don’t try to be anything we aren't, just a local engineering firm trying to do the work for the people who need it. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late in the evening every day. There is always something to do at the workbench.
