Library For Apparels Design India Private Limited

We are located in the B.B.C. Plaza at No. 178 North Usman Road, right in the middle of T. Nagar. It’s a busy part of Chennai, so there is always noise from the street. Our office is F-6. We call it a library for apparel design, which just means we keep a lot of samples and ideas here for people to look at. It’s not a quiet library with books. It’s more of a workspace where designers and makers come to see what’s possible. The plaza itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a climb. We’ve got racks of clothes and shelves full of patterns everywhere. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we’re always getting new things in. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here helping whoever walks in. We don't use polished language because that's not how we talk. We just tell you what works and what doesn’t. If a design is hard to make, we say so. T. Nagar is the heart of the cloth trade, so we’re in the right spot. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. The focus is on the designs. It's a practical place for people who actually make things. We just try to keep everything sorted so people can find what they need. It’s a job like any other, and we enjoy being part of the trade.
