Lb Engineering

Lb Engineering is situated over at Plot No. 1/920 in the Perungudi Industrial Estate. We are specifically on 5th Street in Venkateswara Nagar. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of other workshops around us. We’ve been here doing engineering work for some time now. The building is just a standard shed-style place where we have our equipment set up. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a workspace. We spend our days dealing with various mechanical parts and repairs. Sometimes the heat in the workshop is a bit much, but that’s just part of the job in Chennai. We have a small crew of guys who know their way around the machines. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. Most people who come here are looking for technical help or specific parts. We try to be useful and get things fixed or made as they should be. The industrial estate is a maze sometimes, but 5th Street is pretty easy to find once you know where you’re going. We’ve got a lot of tools and old parts lying around, but it’s all stuff we use. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just tells a friend about us. We just keep the machines running and handle whatever comes through the door. It’s a steady life for us here in the estate.
