L Europa Apparels Private Limited is up on Level 2 of number 10 Saraswathi Muthu. We are located in Palaniappa Nagar within the Nagalkeni Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. To get to our place, you have to head up the stairs to the second floor. It can be a bit of a workout when we are moving heavy rolls of cloth up and down. The workspace itself is wide and open with plenty of light coming in. We have our machines lined up in rows. It gets quite loud when everyone is working at the same time. We do not have any fancy decorations, just some old calendars and notes pinned to the walls. It is a place meant for work. Our team is small, and most of us have been together for a long time now. We do not use any big corporate words here. We just talk about what needs to be stitched and who is doing what. Sometimes we have to stay late on the weekends to finish an order, but we just get on with it. The Nagalkeni area is always full of trucks and people, and we are just one small part of that busy world. We do not have much of a story to tell, we just keep the machines running. (246 words)
