We are located over on Palayakaran Street in Kodambakkam. It’s the old number 46 building, though the new sign says 53 now. People sometimes get confused finding us because of that change. We handle building projects around here and have been at this spot for a while. Mostly, we are busy with cement, bricks, and talking to workers all day. It gets pretty dusty in the office when the wind blows down the street. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a desk, some blueprints, and a few chairs for when clients come by to discuss their house plans. It's a regular local business. We know the neighbors and the tea stall nearby quite well. Sometimes things get loud with the construction equipment moving in and out, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We try to keep things organized, but there is always some sand or gravel somewhere it shouldn't be. If you are looking for us, look for the gate near the corner. It's a practical setup here. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. Most of our day is spent checking on sites or dealing with material deliveries that arrive late. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot from this office over the years.
