Kutti Ultra Weaving Mills Private Limited

We’ve been here at 83C Salem Road for a while now. The mill is usually pretty loud with the weaving machines going all day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything. Most of the guys show up early, grab a tea nearby, and then we get the looms started. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get the weaving done. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it goes here in this part of town. The yard gets dusty when the trucks come in to pick up the fabric. We spend most of our time fixing threads and making sure the machines don’t jam up. It’s a regular job, nothing too crazy about it. People know us because we’ve been on Salem Road since the beginning. We just focus on the orders we have. Some days are faster than others. When it rains, the roof makes a lot of noise, so you can barely hear anyone talking. We just keep our heads down and finish the shifts. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the fabric for knots or mistakes. We don't have a big office or anything, just the mill floor and a small desk for the paperwork. It’s what we do for a living and it keeps the lights on. We don't worry about being flashy.
