Pranavam Trading Imports & Exports

We are based at No 20/4 in the Shanuam Complex. It’s located in Easwari Nagar, specifically in the Kovilpathagai area. The name on the door is Pranavam Trading Imports & Exports, which is a long name for such a small office. The complex is pretty standard, and we have a couple of rooms where we handle all our trading business. Kovilpathagai is a bit further out from the city center, so it’s a little quieter here than in some other parts of town. We spend a lot of time tracking containers and dealing with customs agents. It can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the rules that keep changing. We have a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. We don't really have customers coming into the office much; most of our work is done over the internet or the phone. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the system just slows everything down. I usually bring my own lunch and sit by the window. It’s a good way to see what’s happening in the street below. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure we do right by the people we trade with. It’s a simple philosophy, but it keeps us going every day. The coffee here isn't great but it helps.
